Placing your order

Submitted orders will be the date of your purchase.

Upon completion of purchase of Event Package you will receive an email to confirm receipt of payment, & if there are additional delivery cost pending your instructions for scheduled date of package we will notify you once instructions are received. 

Return Policy

Cancellations are permitted within 72 hours of delivery without any penalty or obligation, including Sundays and holidays. To cancel your arrangements you can call 561-396-3895 or email MyRoyalMoment@aol.com.


Refunds are available for 3 or more days from scheduled delivery. Cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days after My Royal Moment receipt of your cancellation notice. Any orders placed less than 72 hours are non-refundable nor will any "Rain Checks" be issued.

All deliveries are final and no returns.
